How long are the sessions?
Each Session is 50-55 minutes long.
How many classes or sessions should I take per week?
Pilates is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you need to rest. Your fitness level and the intensity of your session will determine the best exercise schedule for you. We recommend two to three sessions per week to experience the optimum results of the Pilates system of exercise. This frequency should allow your body to properly recover and repair.
What should I wear?
It is best to wear form-fitting "breathable" workout wear. Your clothes should be comfortable and free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. You can practice Pilates in socks or bare feet.
